Swim Training

Tri It Launceston swim training is held at Launceston Aquatic Centre on Wednesday 6 – 7 am and Sunday 3- 4 pm

Cost – Pool entry plus a gold coin

Kate Pedley’s Running Group

6am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday  $5 per person for a 60min  session. Meet at Maple Cafe in Abbott St

Johnno’s Running Group

5.30 – 6 pm Thursday Stretch session with Amy Cost $5.

6pm -7pm every Thursday, $5 per person for a 45min technique and speed session. Meet near the rotunda in the middle of city park.

Only $ 7 if attending both sessions

Launceston Running Buddies

Meet in Park St 5:30pm every Tuesday. 8 – 10km runs over a variety of courses in a friendly inclusive atmosphere. Anyone welcome.

Dylan Evans Coaching

Dylan

Dylan is a professional coach who has worked closely with Triathlon Tasmania and their Junior development programs. He has had the opportunity to travel to a National Junior series race in Queensland as head team coach. His qualifications include a Health Science degree at the University of Tasmania and has completed his Athletics and Triathlon level 1 coaching accreditation. He has plenty of experience and always give 100%.  If you are looking for the right guidance and expert knowledge for the right price he is your man.
