November has been a huge month for the club, with fantastic participation and community engagement across events:
đŤ Schools Triathlon Challenge â Training Clinics
Over 40 enthusiastic participants joined our training clinicsâwell done to all the young athletes preparing for race day.
đď¸ Noosa Triathlon
A great turnout of LTC members competing in the largest Olympic-distance triathlon in the world. Amazing effort by everyone who made the trip!
đ Riverside Aquathlon âSupporting Transplant Australia
Nearly 90 participants took part in this meaningful eventâthank you to all who supported such an important cause.
đ´ââď¸ Season Opener @Georgetown
Our first triathlon of the season kicked off with great energy and strong participation.
đ Strategic Planning
We have been working on a comprehensive 3-year StrategicPlan. Once the Action Plan is finalised, we look forward to sharing it with all members.

14th December â Coles Beach
Coles Beach Triathlon is back! LTC is proud to support Cradle Coast in bringing this event to life. We encourage members to get along and show support.
3rd January 2026 â Bridport Triathlon
Entries are OPEN!
This event is a World Qualifier, State Championship, and part of the Aus3 Live Kids Series.
We expect large numbers againâdonât leave it too late, as the event sold out last year.

1st February â St Helens
We are aiming to open entries before Christmas.

We are very fortunate to have secured funding through the ActiveTas Club Grant.
This funding has enabled the club to purchase
These will significantly expand our training options and event capability. A huge thank-you to the Tasmanian Government for their support.

LTC has joined the Recycle Rewards Program.
Our first campaign âFill the Training Bucketâ aims to help keep training costs low and increase opportunities for members.
What can be recycled?


Simply scan the club barcode at the recycling station before depositing your items.
If you canât make it to a station, youâre welcome to bring your recyclables to any race.

A PhD study is seeking participants 18+, notcurrently holding a TIS scholarship.
Study focus:
The impact of within-session recovery with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) onperformance, metabolic and perceptual responses during repeated sprint cycling.
